kcms/keys: Seperate commands, scripts

Thenujan Sandramohan requested to merge thenujan/plasma-desktop:kcm_keys_command_name into master

For an average user commands and scripts are different so the user might not expect to see add script option inside AddCommand option.

Also current way of just showing the plain commands doesn't look good so adding a name for commands would make it look better while improving user experience
