applets/taskmanager: Don't show "Recent Documents" when all places are shown

Otherwise the menu gets quite long and if you expanded all places you probably didn't want to open one of the recents.

Especially now that I have high-dpi scaled menus in plasmashell 😛

Hmm, though we still show both for launchers since there we usually don’t have the window actions. Perhaps needs another thought.
