Add ability to add name with commands

Currently commands are shown directly, which makes the UI look bad and also it's hard to read commands. This MR gives users the ability to add human-readable names to their commands. With this, only names are shown to the user after creating commands. Command and name can both be edited. When a script is selected, the name is automatically set to the name of the script (not the path).
