Port to ShadowedLabel

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/plasma-desktop:port-to-ShadowedLabel into master

Folder View, Trash, and the preview banner all had slightly different implementations of a text label with a shadow behind it. Port them all to use ShadowedLabel, recently introduced in plasma-workspace!3164 (merged).

No appreciable increase in memory usage was observed, even with a lot of desktop icons.

Tested with Breeze Light and Breeze dark color schemes.
