Set Panel edge with keyboard navigation

The new ui to se the panel edge is clear, but it can't be used with pure keyboard navigation.

now when the position button is checked, with arrow keys is possible to send the panel to the desired edge, after a bit of use is pretty intuitive, also because huge arrows are shown on screen
