Added an option to not display the Leave Button

Sebastian Mogl requested to merge snmogl/plasma-desktop:add-no-logout-button-option into master

This will add an option for the kickoff menu to completely hide the "Leave" Buttons, it will in part resolve Bug 479403.

This will add a new text "No buttons" that needs localization.
