applets/taskmanager: set separateLaunchers to false by default

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/plasma-desktop:really-collapse-launchers into master

In plasma-workspace!3330 (merged), our intention was to make pinned apps in a traditional task manager collapse into windows when launched. However this does not seem to be working. Making it work as intended entails changing the default value of the "separateLaunchers" setting to match the design goal.
