PanelConfiguration: use appropriate string for vertical panels
Vertical panels are described in terms of height, not length. And because the opposite of height is usually width, use that for horizontal panels too.
"Height" and "Width" appear to be in the translation catalogue already, so I don't believe this requires a string freeze exception.
