Remove again the touchpad applet

The touchpad applet at the moment doesn't have correct metadata and only supports synaptics as metadata, backend which was removed from the kcm.

Is not in a releaseable state for 6.0 and if we want to reintroduce it it should be rewritten based upon libinput instead
