Update AppStream metadata

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/plasma-desktop:update-appstream-metadata into master

Fixes the appstreamtest failure by adding a developer ID, reomving the invalid 5.93 version (which was an RC and never released to normal users) and adding the vcs-browser URL type.
