applets/kickoff: remove the max size limit

I don't find explanation why we need this limit, in the original MR: !924 (merged)

So if the user wants a huge Kickoff, why don't we allow it?

I tried resizing it to the maximum 95% screen size in a 3200x2000 screen and saw no problems.
