feat: simplify input devices menu in system settings

Yunhe Guo requested to merge work/simplified-input-settings-menu into master

This change will make Mouse and Touchpad module immediate children of Input Devices. And with kwin!5434 (closed) , here is no need to keep a Mouse & Touchpad sub-category, which makes the settings menu even more flat.
