Revert "kcms/mouse: also filter mice that say they're keyboards"
This reverts merge request !2183 (merged).
Apparently the idea can't work due to the way Libinput exposes these devices to us; see discussion in !2183 (comment 925350)/.
TL;DR can't have nice things
