Added task items width slider

cgeo papa requested to merge cgeopapa/plasma-desktop:task-manager-task-width into master

I felt that wanted the task-manager task items to be a bit narrower, so I added a new configuration slider for the task-manager applet, that allows the user to make the task items wider or narrower. The default value is the width the applet used to have.
