Refresh Task Manager names and descriptions

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/plasma-desktop:rename-task-manager into master

First rename "Task Manager" to "Icons-and-Text Task Manager to distinguish it from the Icons-Only Task Manager widget. This makes them both types of Task Managers, and then all the labels we have elsewhere in the UI that use the term "Task Manager" make more sense because they can clearly be read as applying to either one.

Also tweak the descriptions of both types of Task Manager to avoid ambiguous terms like "modern" and "classic" or trying to backhandedly reference macOS or Windows.
