Turn bindings page button into the page action

This button is global, as in: does not depend on any particular device. So, it shouldn't be located inline with other device-specific settings.

Add an icon to the bindings page button

The choice for click-left icon is somewhat arbitrary, mostly as a "default button", and because we don't have any icon for additional mouse buttons.

Admittedly, the button could use some shorter wording. Any ideas?
