kcms/tablet: Mention that changing orientation is not supported

When a device doesn't support orientation (which is surprisingly common?) the UI doesn't make this clear, instead choosing to disable the combobox without explanation. Now the disabled combobox says "Not Supported" in this case to make it clearer.
