Folder View: Use SimpleKCM in the Icons settings tab to get a scrollbar

The Icons tab has quite a few options. However, this tab doesn't have a scrollbar, so shrinking the window simply cuts off the options at the end, making them inaccessible.

Using SimpleKCM as a root widget seems to add a scrollbar, fixing the issue. Although, I'm not familiar with the codebase, so there may be a more suitable option.
