Draft: write caps lock indicator in uppercase on lockscreen

Hey everybody, In my opinion it should be more clear that caps lock is turned on at the lock screen. This should read like a warning and should catch your attention.

From my limited personal experience I can say that especially among younger people that the amount of them who know what a caps lock key does is seemingly shrinking (I know how stupid that sounds).

This could also at the same time remind them again what a caps lock key does. Windows does this already (since ages probably).

Maybe we could also increase the font size/color/position add a symbol or anything really that improves visibility and change this behavior in SDDM as well.
