applets/kickoff: rename kcm_plasmasearch button

The kickoff configuration dialog has a button that opens the kcm for plasmasearch. Its current label is "Configure Enabled Search Plugins…". This is not consistent with the HIG recommendation for button labels (aiming for three regular words at most), and somewhat confusingly worded.

This change sets the label for this button to "Configure Search Plugins…".
