applets: use title case in name

Christoph Wolk requested to merge cwo/plasma-desktop:applet_name_case into master

Applet names, typically used as titles (e.g. in Widget Explorer), fall under the cases where the HIG recommend title case. Icons-Only Task Manager and Minimize All Windows are somewhat edge cases, but by the APA rules referenced in the HIG and many other style guides, their current capitalization is not correct title case.

This change makes the name of these applets follow APA title case rules.

The descriptions could use a general rework for consistency with each other, but we should develop general guidelines for this (and plugins in e.g. KDE Connect or Kate), and with string freeze coming up this is probably 6.3 material.
