Fix icon alignment when task manager is reversed
Setting the icons-only task manager to open new tasks to the left should reverse the icon order and align items to the right side of the panel; previously, only the order was affected.
I've also tested this with Arabic which is RTL and it works as expected, same with a vertical panel. Here is a pair of screenshots showing the fix. Kate isn't pinned to the taskbar in this example to show that tasks open on the correct side.
