kcms/qtquicksettings: mark Vulkan renderer as experimental
This renderer is experimental, and breakage is expected. But users have no way of knowing that, so they find their way here, think "ooh shiny" and try out Vulkan, wrecking the stability of their system.
Let's make reality clear by labeling it appropriately.
