Hide accent option if it is not supported under current setup

Xuetian Weng requested to merge work/hide-accent-when-not-supported into master

When plasmaim is not used, this option is meaningless and possibly cause confusion. Hide the option when it is not QT_IM_MODULE is not plasmaim.
