[applets/kickoff] Make it bigger
The new Kickoff is a bit cramped with the default font size of 10pt Noto Sans. We already have a bug report from someone using the system in Brazilian Portuguese saying that UI labels are getting elided, and have heard the same from people using the system in German.
This commit makes the new Kickoff a bit bigger to give all the UI elements (and in particular the text strings) more breathing room.
The new size is 864 x 612, which is not too big for the still-fairly-common screen resolution of 1366 x 768.
Before and after, with an (effective) 1080p screen resolution:

The now-huge empty space at the bottom makes me feel like maybe we should switch the favorites view to list mode by default to compensate.
