Add option to always align search results to top in Kickoff

This fixes some user complaints about Kickoff's search results being bottom-aligned in top-mounted panels by providing the option for them to always align the search results at the top.
Basically with this option on the search results always show at the top even when Kickoff is on a top-mounted panel.
