GIT_SILENT Port away from deprecated KRunner methods

Alexander Lohnau requested to merge work/deprecated_krunner_methods into master

We can not fully drop the usage of KPluginInfo, because the KPluginSelector still depends on it.

In KRunner we would create the KPluginInfo objects the same way.
