[applets/taskmanager] Change showOnlyCurrentDesktop to false by default

Felipe Kinoshita requested to merge (removed):taskmanager_show_only_current_desktop_false into master

This gives the user a chance to use virtual desktops without needing to use the desktopgrid effect or keyboard shortcuts, you can easily switch between virtual desktop by clicking on some application's icon.

here's how the default workflow could be: new
