[Task Manager] Show window title in tooltip when player title is different

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/kbroulik/tm-app-subtitle-when-playing into master

Just because the window has a player doesn't mean the window title will be the same. This is most obvious when playing a video in a browser tab but looking at a different one.

  • I now get window title shown on browser tooltip except for the tab where the player is
  • Started playing local VLC video, didnt get title as expected
  • Started playing a VLC stream where the artist does not match the actual title bar, got the title shown now
