Add more keywords to KCMs in Plasma Desktop

The goal of this merge request is to increase the number of keywords used to search for KCMs in System Settings, thus making it easier to find the settings users want.

I also removed and moved some keywords, most notably the ones in the mouse KCM that referred to Numpad mouse emulation, since those settings now live under accessibility. I hope this is not too big of a change to review.
