Fixed the line appearing in desktop applets
The line was being drawn with undefined anchors when it was not attached to any screen edge, as the floating/desktop/fullscreen cases were not addressed in original code.
I wonder if there's any prettier way to write the code here? Any suggestion?
FormFactor seemed unrelated to this bug.
