Seriously though, I haven't found any other instances of text labels like that, so my patch has no grounds except "I feel like it". Most of the buttons (that I've found) which redirect to the system settings app are typically customized, such as "Change Regional Settings..." in Digital clock applet -> configure -> Appearance page.
