Add Breeze Twilight to the set of theme options on the Landing Page

I was honestly surprised we didn't do this from the beginning, but alas... this adds Twilight between Light Theme and Dark Theme on the Landing Page.

Twilight Theme is added to the middle of the theme options on the top of System Settings's landing page.
