Add a reverse mode in taskmanager

This MR add a reverse mode for tasks in task manager. Usually the tasks grow in the direction specified by the locale but sometimes users need to reverse that. This MR will help in the situations where some widgets are pushing the task manager to the opposite of its natural growing direction which sometimes happens.
