Refine style of add widget sidebar

The add widget sidebar has been refined to look more in line with the rest of Plasma by adjusting the UI, namely

  • Adding a header
  • Removing and subduing excess UI elements
    • The GHNS button is moved from a prominent bottom display to a toolbutton by the search bar
    • The delete and running count don't display unless the applet is selected; as those are irrelevant to the primary purpose of adding a widget to the desktop but still useful in some cases
    • The filter/close buttons have moved up by the header to give the search bar more space
