kimpanel: align InputPanel text baseline

Rocket Aaron requested to merge rocka/plasma-desktop:rocka/kimpanel-inputpanel-text-baseline into master

In addition to !783 (merged), text labels are aligned by their baseline for better consistency. Also cursor width was reduced to 1px and looks more like a cursor.
