ConfigurationContainmentAppearance: Use SimpleKCM and drop ColumnLayout
Items in Picture of the Day plugin will get longer and usually cannot be accommodated in the default window size, so they need to be put in a scroll view.
Layout has caused too many binding loop warnings, so use Item and anchors instead.
