show desktop by hovering over the show desktop widget

Show desktop widget needs the user to click in order to activate it. This changed to hover because this takes less time and more fluent. The usual click to show desktop is still available and works as expected. If user clicks the widget then it enters the click mode and will stop reacting to hover until the click mode is exited by clicking the widget again.
