This fixes a discrepancy between the name seen in KInfoCenter's header (Storage Device Health Monitoring) and the name seen in the navigation list/kickoff (SMART Status).
I assume this is done because SMART Status is a less friendly name, however, I don't think it's right for the two different names to be used for the KCM in different places.
