panel: Buttons in top drawer don't fit in their row when labels are using long texts (e.g. in translations), and then draw over other elements

I think the image speaks for itself. As you can see, what is normally "auto-rotate" in English is quite a long translation in Italian and it pushes the button to the next row. That makes all other buttons afterwards not fit properly anymore either and it eventually draws them over other elements like the brightness slider.

Reported by a downstream postmarketOS user and I could reproduce using Italian translations. This is on Plasma 5.23.0.
