I read through the feature list of #92 (closed) were the two stages of opening the quick settings are defined. I was wondering if it would be possible (maybe configurable) to allow opening the panel in one stroke as well. As a result depending on where I stop pulling down the panel it would either snap into the first or second stage.

I assume this behavoir is adopted from the android system or is there some specific reason to require two separate strokes?

Personally I almost never stay in the first stage because it does not show all relevant switches and it would be a great relieve to fully open it in one go. Because of that it feels like an unnecessary limitation currently. However, if the refactorings for the blue ocean mockups make it possible to access all switches at once or rearrange them, then this feature request is obsolete.
