the current code use gstreamer to toggle flashlight, however gstreamer doesn't work in pinephone for now. this MR hardcode pinephone sysfs path for flashlight. Temperate solution for now. https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-phone-components/-/merge_requests/62 is the way to go.
