Port ContactList to Kirigami where visible

Jonah Brüchert requested to merge jbbgameich/plasma-phone-components:dialer-kirigami into master

This also somewhat aligns the design with the one of the upcoming plasma-phonebook application. The result looks like this:

(The first one is using the desktop style, the second the Plasma Style)

Both feedback concerning the look and the code is welcome :)
