taskpanel: move close keyboard button to middle

Devin Lin requested to merge work/move-close-to-middle into master

Move the close keyboard button to the centre of the panel (where the plasma button is), and hide the other 2 buttons (close and multitasking) when the keyboard is open. That way, there won't be accidental app closing when closing the keyboard.
