homescreen: prevent propagate mouse events to homescreen
When you open the menu, its translucent background propagate clicks on the desktop. To reproduce the error, you need to have few applications in the menu and put a shortcut at the bottom of the desktop. Then you need to click on the place where the shortcut was located on the desktop and it will start.
