appdrawer: avoid entering edit mode while in an half empty drawer

Hi, long pressing on an half empty app drawer triggers desktop edit mode, at the moment. This MR enables the flickable within GridViewAppDrawer when this situation occurs, in order to steal inputs that would otherwise be delivered to desktop.
