Draft: panel: Overlay over lockscreen

  • Add lockscreen permissions support
  • Communicate request to unlock (bring up pin screen) over DBus from the panel to the lockscreen theme
  • Remove embedded panel from lockscreen theme
  • Figure out how to get QWindow in containment without needing QML
  • .desktop file???
