Draft: experiment: Change taskpanel close button to back button

This uses the fakeinput Plasma wayland protocol to simulate Alt+Left Arrow in the system.

Currently an experiment, perhaps we can later let the user choose what they want, such as !634

TODO: it still doesn't work for some reason, m_fakeInput->isActive() is always false
