Add hotspot in quicksettings list

Mr. Athozus requested to merge athozus/plasma-mobile:hotspot-quicksetting into master

The hotspot module was previously done (thanks!) but it wasn't in the list of quicksettings in components/ directory. It just fixes that.

NB : As I told on Matrix channel, I have problems to set up my virtual machine, but I consider this really trivial (it should be tested however). I just did an ack of an existing quicksetting and copied that line. I hope it's ok.

NB2: As always, I have to use Mr. Athozus nickname (privacy). Sorry for the inconvenience.
