taskswitcher: remove QML debugging flag, remove unused scrollingTasks variable

We probably don't want QML debugging to be enabled on master, I forgot to remove that from my working branches.

Also removed scrollingTasks which was not hooked up, if we want to reintroduce it in the future let's do so properly instead of keeping it around half-dead and broken
